Bridger's Winter Basketball Season

Bridger's had a rough winter basketball season.  He was gone for three games because of our California trip (they had two games one Saturday).  Then his knees have really been bothering him so he's been out for half of the season.  He tires to play the first half, but by the second half his knees are hurting so bad that he sits out.  He'll be limping up and down the court by the second half.  This patellar tendonitis has been so frustrating!!  His little knees are swollen all the time.  I feel like we've tried every knee brace and strap out there but with no luck.  He tries so hard!  He's a great basketball player.  He plays good defense.  He just needs to build up his confidence and shoot more.  We've noticed that since his knees have been bothering him, he's really backed off (but I don't blame him when it feels like a knife is stabbing into your knees).   He tries to stay so positive.

During half time, Chase and Tanner go down and shoot free throws. Tanner looks so little next to the big kids.  But he doesn't let that stop him.  He still tries his hardest to make a basket.
