Chase and Bridger's Piano Recital

The boys had their first real piano recital tonight.  They've been working so hard on their songs. Chase played Arabesque and Journey In The Night.  Bridger played Circus March and March of the Gnomes.  They both did an amazing job with their songs.  Chase left out a big section in his Journey In the Night song but no one else would know.  At the end, Mrs. A awarded the students their piano festival scores.  Not everyone earned a superior but Chase and Bridger did!!!  They earned trophies that said "Superior" on them, a big symphony candy bar and a pretty certificate.  Mrs. A. asked me if I would write a little something describing each boy and this is what I put:

Chase is excited to finally be 12 years old. He is a great student who likes to read and wishes math was the only subject at school.  Chase loves to play all sports but his favorites are soccer and basketball.  Most kids watch cartoons but Chase watches Sports Center whenever he can. In Chase's free time, he likes to play board games and the Wii with his brother.  He loves donuts and would eat them at every meal if he could. Chase can do a back flip on the trampoline.

Bridger is a vivacious 8 year old. He loves playing with his friends and his brother. Bridger enjoys playing all sports but is especially good at soccer, basketball and baseball. The competitive side comes out easily in Bridger. Because his older brother could do a back flip, he learned how to do one too. He has a funny sense of humor which keeps us laughing. Bridger is a great student who takes school very seriously. His favorite treats are a warm chocolate chip cookie and barbecue chips.
Bridger and Chase are so good to practice their piano.
