Christmas Eve Eve with the A's

Matt was first call over the weekend which was the 23rd and 24th. Amy’s family is getting too big and busy to meet with us on Christmas Day so we try to get together either on Christmas Eve or the day earlier. It was our year to be with the R’s so we chose the 23rd. Everyone was so sweet to drive up to our house. We did our traditional pizza dinner. We played CANDY bingo and had a great time playing it. Grandpa was the announcer.  Bridger got the hat. Mike was the first one to get blackout. When he won he jokingly said “you guys are losers!” Everyone laughed so hard! Afterwards, we opened presents and Grandma passed our her scrapbook pages. She is amazing! She does such a great job documenting the year. It’s such a treasure. It was nice to have enough space to spread out and enjoy the party.

I think this picture of Grandpa and Grandma A is so sweet!  I love their smiles!
Grandpa and Grandma A gave Tanner and Bridger nerf guns.  They were thrilled with them.  You can never have enough nerf guns.  They gave Chase a good looking flannel hoodie shirt.  Sweet Mikayla bought the boys presents.  She picked them out Nike shirts.  Bridger and Chase's are white.  You can layer them or just wear them plain.  She gave Tanner a black hoodie.  He loves it!!!!  Angie left the older boys gift cards to Amazon.  They were spoiled!  We loved having everyone in our home.  It was  such a fun night and luckily Matt never got called in.
