Tanner is 10 Months Old!

He still says "ma ma" and it sounds like he's trying to say "ball." He's starting to pull himself up on things but it's to his knees. He hasn't figured out how to pull himself up to a standing position. He still likes to look out the window while the boys play ball with Sophie. He still loves to play in the exersaucer. Sometimes I put him in that while I exercise.

Tanner is 10 months old. Time is just flying by! He still does the army crawl but he's getting faster with it. He gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth. But he only takes about two crawls forward with his hands and then he drops to his belly for the army crawl. He still loves to get in his walker (zoomer). After he eats his breakfast, I put him in the walker while I make the boys some breakfast and help them get ready for school. He's very fast in his zoomer! He tries to run while he's in it so he cruise around the house. His feet look like the Flinstones. Tanner is starting to wave "hi." He reaches out with both arms and waves his hands in different directions. It's the cutest thing! It melts our hearts every time he does it! He likes to wave at you while he's eating. He won't wave "bye bye" but if you say "hi" he'll start waving.

He doesn't like to get buckled into his car seat. He tries to sit up while you're buckling him in which makes it very hard. But once he's buckled in, he does fine in the car. He's still eating baby food three meals a day with lots of Cheerios and puffs. Sometimes we'll give him little bites of our food and it's so funny to watch his face. If he likes it, he'll open his mouth and make noises until we give him some more. He's still drinking a 6oz bottle three times a day, one around 9:30, one before his afternoon nap and then one before bed.

He's learning to use his push walker. He does a great job if you're holding on to him or the walker but he's just started pushing it a little all by himself! He loves to play with balls. He's learning to throw things which is fun when we're at home but it makes church very exciting when he throws things over the next bench. He's starting to have "separation anxiety." When someone comes over to hold him (even if it's family/grandparents) he'll cling to me and get this worried look on his face. He's gotten a little cold. I think it's his third cold. We've been really lucky to stay so healthy this winter season! Tanner does a funny thing. When he hears someone cough, he mimics a fake cough right after them. It makes us laugh every time. Even when we're in church and he hears someone cough, he'll do a fake cough after them. We love this little guy!

He's figuring out how to push his walker all by himself!!!  He's such a big boy!
