Bridger's Summer Basketball Tournament

Bridger's basketball team was split in half for this tournament.  Bridger played with kids that he's never played with.  The first game was really rough because they weren't playing as a team.  But with each game, their team improved.  They played four games.  They lost two and won two.  Their last game, they were playing for third place.  Bridger was a machine!  He had a new PR.  He scored 16 points!!!! He made 3 three pointers.  Coach Malm was so awesome with Bridger.  He called him on the way home and told him how proud he was of him.  Coach has made such a huge impact on Bridger.  They've been working so hard together.  Matt and I had to be at Hailee's wedding so we were unable to go to his last game.  Chase drove Bridger and Tanner down to Sandy.  They made a fun day of it.  It's so nice to have Chase's help!  

We stayed in a hotel Thursday night because he had a late game and then an early game the next morning. I decided by the time I paid all the gas, it was worth it to just stay in a hotel.  The boys went swimming.  It was a block away from the tournament so it was perfect.  It was a nice little getaway.
