Bridger and Bailey

Bridger loves Bailey. He can't walk past her without giving her loves. While he's giving her loves he'll tell me "mom, take a picture of me and Bailey." He loves our dog. Bailey is so good to just lay there and let him maul her. He practically lays on top of her. What a good dog!

Chase's 8th Birthday

Chase was so excited that he had an extra early out day. We had planned to do something fun for his birthday after school but then he was invited to go to scouts for the first time. So when he got home for scouts, he wanted to open his presents. He got lots of presents for his birthday. He got Lego Star Wars, bey blades, football gloves, Diary of a Whimpy kid books, Star Wars the clone wars series one, and a wii game. What a lucky little boy.

We invited the C's to come along for dinner. We love having them hang out with us. It's one of the best parts of living by each other. Chase wanted to go to JCW's for his birthday dinner. The main thing that he wanted was a chocolate banana marshmallow milkshake. I love his smile in this picture. He was so excited to eat his milkshake.



After dinner we came back to the house and ate cupcakes. Chase originally said that he didn't want anything and then at the last minute around 4:00 he said he wanted chocolate cupcakes. So I quickly threw them together before we went to dinner. Chase was very happy to have cupcakes. He and Bridger don't believe that cupcakes are the same as cake. There is no changing their minds.

Chase's 8th Friend Birthday Party

 Chase desperately wanted to have a birthday party. Chase chose to have a friend party at Chuck E Cheese. Chase invited 9 of his closest friends plus his best friend/brother Bridger. They were a fun bunch of boys. The birthday boy got to go into the ticket blaster for 1 minute. Matt coached him how to get a lot of tickets and it worked cause he got over 500 tickets. He was able to get a lot of prizes at the end. Chase and Bridger are best friends. With all of their tickets they were each able to get a ball, and then Chase was able to get a Chuck E Cheese stuffed animal and some candy. They were both excited about their prizes. I asked Shantelle if she would come and help at the party. So Robby and Aliyah came too. It was so much fun having them there. Shantelle was a huge help! I think Chase had a great birthday party.

Bridger loves Bailey

Bridger is always giving loves to Bailey. When he walks into a room, he'll go straight over to Bailey and lay on top of her and say "Bay, Bay." Then he'll say "mom, take a picture." Bailey is so good to just lay there and let him maul her.
